These terms cover your use of the Milestone 91 app. By creating an account, you agree to them. They’re written to be read, so they’re short.

The app

Milestone 91 is a planner for working toward one goal over 91 days. It’s a tool to help you plan and reflect. It isn’t medical, financial, or professional advice, and your results depend on you.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Use a real email address and keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
Your planner is yours. You can save a backup file of it at any time from Settings, even if your access has ended.
Don’t use the app to break the law, harm others, or interfere with the service.

Free days, passes, and codes

New accounts get 28 free days to try the app.
After that, a 91-day pass keeps your access for 91 days. It’s a single payment, not a subscription, and it doesn’t renew on its own. If you buy a pass during your free days, it starts when they end.
The price is shown before you pay. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Milestone 91 never sees or stores your card number.
Codes (for testers, for example) give the access described when the code is shared. Codes can’t be sold or exchanged for money, and they can be turned off.

Refunds

If the app isn’t right for you, email milestone91planner@gmail.com within 7 days of buying a pass for a full refund.

Optional features

Reminders and Google Calendar sync are optional. Connecting Google Calendar lets the app read and change events on the calendars you choose, as described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time.

Reading photos of your paper pages is included while your free days or a pass are active, up to 100 photo reads a month. You can keep up to 365 photos in your account. Reading handwriting isn’t perfect, so the app shows you what it read before anything is added.

Changes and availability

The app may change as it improves. We work to keep it running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and the service is provided as is. If these terms change in an important way, you’ll see a notice in the app before the change takes effect.

Ending your account

You can stop using the app at any time. To delete your account and planner, use Settings → Account → Delete my account in the app (or, if you can’t sign in, email milestone91planner@gmail.com). Deleting can’t be undone, and any unused pass time ends. Accounts that break these terms may be closed.
